Evans MX5 13-inch Marching Snare-Side Drumhead
The 13-inch Evans MX5 is a resonant head for marching snare drums. A single 5mil aramid-fiber layer with a polyester laminate supports crisp snare response and articulation when paired with high-tensile fiber batter heads.
A thin overtone-control ring reinforces the edge and reduces unwanted ringing. The result is focused articulation and a crisp snare response for both stadium and indoor performance. The head is made in the USA.
