Product Description
Paiste 2002 Thin Crash Cymbal 18" – Bright, Explosive Rock Sound
The Paiste 2002 18" Thin Crash delivers the legendary brightness and clarity that defined rock music for nearly 50 years. Crafted from CuSn8 bronze—the industry-standard alloy trusted by professional drummers worldwide—this cymbal produces an immediately explosive crash with a silvery, warm shimmer that cuts through any mix. The tone remains well-defined even at softer strikes, making it versatile across playing dynamics and musical styles.
With a washy stick sound and lively intensity, the 2002 Thin Crash offers medium sustain that works equally well in rock, pop, and contemporary music settings. Its responsive character and balanced projection make it an ideal choice for drummers seeking a classic, articulate crash cymbal that performs reliably in both studio and live environments.
