Rogers Dyna-Sonic 2.3mm Batter Hoop 14" 10-Lug

I wanted to use the 1.6mm hoops available from another manufacturer to replace the hoops on a 1980s Rogers XP10 snare, but found hem to be of insufficient quality, with rough edges. I decided to go with the less appropriate but much higher quality 2.3mm hoops. They look like the original 1.6mm hoops and sound about the same, except for rim shots, which are crisper with the 2.3mm hoops. Overall, I chose quality over accurate restoration with inferior parts.
